Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk, Poland (2006). In 2008, he completed postgraduate studies on Law of Financial Services of the European Union and in 2012 he earned the title of Doctor of Juridical Science, both at the same institution in Gdansk. In 2013, dr. Gulla completed the postgraduate study Medical Law for Lawyers (Faculty of Law, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun). In 2018, he completed postgraduate studies on Intellectual Property at the University of Warsaw, Warsaw. His certifications include Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA). Tomasz Gulla, Ph.D. is a member of The Institute For Internal Controls (TheIIC) and United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment – Academic Network.

He is a co-founder and a member of the editorial board of the American scientific magazine Emerging Markets: A Review of Business and Legal Issues” Chicago Kent-College of Law – Project Poland.



She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdansk and received a master’s degree in law. In 2007-2011, she completed legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdansk, completed legal training exam and was entered into the list of legal advisers. She gained professional experience working in leading law firms and the Tri-City during the years of work in the bodies of state administration.

Aleksandra Dąbek specializes in civil law, in particular the issues arising from the law of obligation. Her professional experience includes representation of clients before courts of all instances, mainly in civil matters relating to business transactions, labor, family and inheritance. She also has extensive experience in the field of compensation and personal communication. Alexander Dąbek deals with the analysis and preparation of acts of incorporation, registration bodies and change their data in court registers, as well as current service traders.



Graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Gdańsk University of Technology and the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She completed postgraduate studies on Industrial Property Law as well as Competition Law and Consumer Protection (Institute od the Intelectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków). PhD student at the Institute of Law Studies on the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is a Polish and European patent attorney, runs her own Law and Patent Office. She is a member of the Polish Chamber of the Patent Attorneys, registered on the list  of the Institute of the Professional Representatives Before The European Patent Office and the list of Professional Representatives Before the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante.

She is also a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Polish Chamber of the Patent Attorneys.



A graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk (Poland). She graduated law studies with very good results. She was a scholar of University of Gdańsk Rector’s scholarship for very good marks. She is also a political science graduate. She is interested in civil law of commitments, family law, and especially law of commercial companies – including issues of personal responsibility of board members for obligations of limited liability companies. She has written her master thesis in that matter. Ewa accomplished office – archive course, which was guided by the State Archive in Gdańsk – she has a archivist certificate (first level). She gained her experience i. a. working in the President’s of City of Gdańsk secretariat. She led also legal services of partnerships and private limited companies in Tricity. She is an barrister trainee in Bar Association of Pomorze (Gdańsk).
